In order to promote the sustained, standardized, and healthy development of the company, effectively prevent, control, and resolve risks, ensure the achievement of the company's business goals and strategies, and fully protect the legitimate rights and interests of shareholders, the company, and customers, UBridge has formulated the Risk Management Measures and Job Responsibilities of the Risk Management Department in accordance with relevant laws and regulations such as the Company Law and the company's articles of association, established four levels of risk management organizational structure, and correspondingly formed four lines of defense for risk management, covering all areas of the company's business development, thereby creating a comprehensive, universal, proactive, and prudent risk management culture.
Based on our business goals and operational status, UBridge has formulated the Basic Regulations on Internal Control and improved our internal control management system to regulate the control environment, internal control of major businesses, internal control of accounting systems, internal control of human resources management, and internal control of information management, so as to promote the strengthening of internal control construction and effective implementation of internal control measures by various departments and subsidiaries of the group.

Our company is committed to safeguarding an honest, compliant, and clean professional environment, and always insists on doing the right thing. We’ve introduced an information security management system and increased information security training to enhance employees' awareness of information security. We vigorously promote anti-corruption and clean governance knowledge, achieving a personnel coverage rate of anti-corruption related training matters of 100%. We have implemented the IATF16949 management system and revised relevant documents concerning anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, and anti-fraud.
UBridge insists on long-term investment in research and development, constantly enriching our intellectual property accumulation. We have formulated the Patent Management System and Trademark Management System in accordance with relevant regulations such as the Patent Law and Trademark Law. Combined with the specific situation of the company, we have standardized the company's patent work and trademark management to promote technological innovation and the formation of independent intellectual property rights, thereby promoting production technology progress and improving the company's market competitiveness and economic benefits.
