 In the sweltering summer, the passion burns like fire. Employees of Guangdong Ubridge High-tech Factory are unafraid of the heat and remain steadfast at their posts.

 Lin Chunren, an electromechanical worker in the maintenance workshop, endured the 36-degree Celsius heat while wearing heavy gloves to install a product storage wall. After finishing the work, he meticulously cleaned the site to ensure it was in accordance with the principle of “work completed, materials cleared, and site clean”.

Pan Jianxin, responsible for packing and loading minerals in the dry selection workshop of the second shift, is not afraid of the high-temperature work environment. He drives a forklift back and forth to transport the packed products to the finished products warehouse safely and on time.

Chen Huodi at the blending post was busy taking samples about to be shipped out of the warehouse and rigorously implementing the last product inspection process. Sweat dripped down his cheeks, but the sweltering heat indoors couldn't stop his dedication and enthusiasm for work.

Li Shifa from the dry selection workshop of the second shift was oblivious to the sweltering heat in the workshop. He was fully concentrating on checking the operation status of the machines and strictly controlling the product quality. In just 30 minutes, his work clothes were alternately wet and dry, showing large salt stains, yet he remained unaware.

Tang Yongqi from the second shift of the dry selection workshop is concentrating on the cleaning task, and what is in front of him does not seem to be a furnace with a temperature of up to 1,000℃, but rather an unusual work equipment without a trace of heat.

Luo Yidong from the activated carbon workshop of Guangxi Ubridge Fangchenggang Branch meticulously cleans the finished product warehouse and checks each piece of machinery and equipment. Despite sweating profusely, his focus remains firmly on every detail of the work.

In the rotary kiln workshop, Li Shifei is busily adding fuel to the kiln. The temperature inside the rotary kiln is as high as 800-900℃, and the surrounding area outside the kiln is also at a high temperature of 90℃. The heat wave hits him in the face, but he doesn't even have the intention to stop and wipe off the sweat.

Indoors, the heat is almost unbearable.

Outside, heat waves are surging.

In the face of outdoor temperatures as high as 38℃, workers of the South China Titanium Valley Project are still rushing to work. On the construction site, there is a constant roar. Concrete pump trucks are powerful, and bridge pavers clatter non-stop. Workers carry out construction in an orderly manner through staggered and rotating operations. With sweat as ink, they are writing a chapter of dedication.
