In July this year, Chairman Li Lvhua gave a speech titled ‘Approaching Ubridge’ based on the detailed entrepreneurial history of the company. Address for the cadres and staff of the company, the speech introduced the courage of Ubridge pioneers to rise to the difficulties and venture into a challenging business, and highlighted the brave journey of establishing the company on the foundation of accountability, management, and diligent research and development, as well as winning supports and achieving steadfast advancements by virtue of sincerity, integrity, moral qualities, and product quality. It clearly indicated the direction of future development for the company and comprehensively specified the platform for future growth and requirements for the professional development of Ubridge people.
After the corporate culture training, a trend of learning about the past and future vision of Ubridge, cherishing and leveraging the current opportunities and position, and inheriting and promoting the corporate spirit and culture has been set off in the company.
In order to further promote the connotation of Ubridge spirit, spread the charm of Ubridge culture, and promote the good atmosphere of the company, the company recently held a speech contest with the theme of “I am proud to be a member of Ubridge”.

A total of 28 contestants from Guangdong Ubridge headquarters, Guangdong Ubridge High-tech Factory, and South China Titanium Valley of the Guangdong division and 21 contestants from Guangxi Ubridge, Guangxi Ubridge Fangchenggang Branch, and South China Titanium Valley Manufacturing Plant of the Guangxi division signed up to participate in the competition. The number of participants accounted for nearly 10% of the company's total staff.

Dressed up in formal attire and in high spirits, the contestants told their stories, passionately expressing their sincerity and blessings on the stage. They recounted their growth and achievements in Ubridge, told the story of their relationship with the company, and expressed their gratitude. They conveyed their pride and honor as a member of Ubridge, their deep understanding and high recognition of the spirit of Ubridge, and their confidence and determination to carry forward the corporate culture.

Lai Dehe, a safety officer of Guangdong Ubridge High-tech Factory, bravely stated: In 2016, when I first stepped in Ubridge, it was the time when the construction of the High-tech Factory was in full swing. The hectic scene of leaders taking the lead and employees working hard attracted me instantly like a strong gravitational force. At that moment, I knew that I had found my own stage. During the COVID-2019 pandemic, Ubridge did not stop production or resort to pay cuts. Instead, we stepped forward to actively fulfil our social responsibility, donating anti-epidemic supplies. In 2024, when the construction of the South China Titanium Valley Project was launched, I stood at the construction site and looked at the once grassy, gully-ridden and muddy ground being filled with busy engineering vehicles, roaring piling rigs, and the forest of steel structures. It was like looking into Ubridge's infinite possibilities for the future.
Long Fenglian from the logistics crew of the Comprehensive Administration Department of Ubridge said with deep emotion: There is a strong learning atmosphere here. Various training and exchange activities have given me the opportunity to get in touch with the latest industry knowledge and technology, and broadened my horizons. When I first joined Ubridge, I was still a novice full of confusion and uneasiness about my work. He Yan, the director of the Ubridge Magnetic Separation and Blending Workshop, recalled emotionally: When I first joined Ubridge, I was still a young novice full of curiosity and longing for everything. At that time, Ubridge was still in the early stages of business. Our chairman of the board of directors literally carried heavy ore samples on his back for 58 days, traveling across nine provinces to look for market opportunities, which deeply moved me with tenacity and persistence and made me understand the true spirit of “mettle”. In Ubridge, I deeply experienced the true meaning of “unity is strength”. Whenever encountering difficulties and challenges, we can always think and work together to find solutions. I remember one time, due to the raw material supply problems, our production line was facing the risk of shutdown. At the critical moment, the whole factory worked together and worked overtime to address the problem. In the end, we not only solved the supply problem but also overfulfilled the production task. At that moment, I deeply felt the pride and honor of being a member of Ubridge.
Liu Yuanqing from the Activated Carbon Workshop of Guangxi Ubridge Fangchenggang Branch made a resounding declaration: In Ubridge, I have experienced the warmth and glory of the “people-oriented” corporate culture. When the pandemic ravaged the world like a storm, many enterprises faced the desperate situation of shutdown, layoffs, and salary cuts. Han Lin from the Corrosion Workshop of Guangxi Ubridge said: I remember that when I first joined Ubridge, I knew nothing about the operation skills of the workshop post. I was confused about the process parameters of the product materials and the operation of the machinery, and often felt lost and helpless. The leaders and colleagues patiently guided me and helped me learn step by step the name of the equipment, the operation principle of the machinery, and the parameters of the process, enabling me to gradually adapt to the working environment and the post. I am now well aware of my responsibility and mission, and always keep the attitude of practical work. No matter how big or small the task is, I will strive to do my best. I remember one time when I was supervising the limited space operation of an outsourcing partner, I found that one of the operation tickets was unqualified. I immediately asked the outsourcing partner to fill in the ticket again, which was opposed by the other party. I knew the great potential danger brought by unauthorized operation, so I explained the hazards of unauthorized operation in detail. Eventually, the other party recognized the mistakes and cooperated in the compliance work. I love Ubridge. I want it to develop healthily. So I am determined to rigorously stick to the rules even if the problems seem small.
