In compliance with the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment (Ministry Decree No. 4), the public participation work in the environmental impact assessment of the Environmental Impact Assessment Report on the First Stage of the "South China Titanium Valley" Project Phase I needs to be carried out in accordance with the law to understand the public's attitude towards the construction and their opinions and suggestions on the environmental protection aspects of the project, and to accept the supervision of the public. Project Name: Environmental Impact Report on the First Stage of the ‘South China Titanium Valley’ Project Phase I
Project Overview: Maoming South China Titanium Valley New Material Technology Co., Ltd. intends to build the first stage of the ‘South China Titanium Valley’ Project Phase I at Lot XQ-D1-25 of the West District, Maoming Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone. The 500,000 tons/year beach placer beneficiation and 500,000 tons/year high-end enriched TiO2 material project is designed to use purchased titanium ore as the main raw material and physical treatment processes such as gravity separation, magnetic separation, and electric separation for mineral separation and processing. The separated ilmenite concentrate is used as raw material for producing high-end enriched TiO2 material.
Production scale: 500,000 tons/year beach placer processing and 500,000 tons/year high-end enriched TiO2 material production
